Jil Sullivan, BSN, RN, Director of Nursing
Jil Sullivan BSN, RN joined Arnold House Nursing Home January 1991 as Director of Nursing, She brings more than twenty-five years of leadership experience in acute and Long-term health care. Prior to joining Arnold House full-time, Sullivan worked at Tufts Medical Center, Mount Auburn Hospital and Steward Health Care. Sullivan earned her BSN at University of Massachusetts in Boston she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

AnnMarie Cox, Director of Patient and Employee Services
AnnMarie joined Arnold House September 2006. Prior to working At Arnold House she worked 17 years in customer service for Delta Airlines. Cox graduated Salem State University in Salem, Mass where she earned a BS in Geography and minor in Business.
“The most important part of my job is to make sure the residents and the employees are content. When everyone is happy, it fosters an environment that leads to better health and a more pleasant atmosphere.”
Ann Campbell, LICSW
Ann obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston College. She has thirty years of experience in the field of geriatrics, in skilled nursing facilities and adult daycare centers.

Mary Segalla, LICSW, Nursing Home Administrator
Mary is a graduate of Boston College. Mary has worked in the geriatric field for over 40 years. She is currently licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator and also holds a LCSW license.
Our Certified Nursing Assistants are committed to providing the highest level of individual resident care with love and compassion.
