Arnold House Staff and Management,

We would like to thank all of the Arnold House staff and management for the wonderful, loving care you all have shown Theresa (Tess) while she lived with you. From the management, all the nurses and personal care givers, to the kitchen and all of the support staff, you are an amazing team!

We feel truly blessed to have had you all caring for Mom. We knew as soon as we walked through the front door of the Arnold House, three and a half years ago, that this was where we wanted Mom to live. Everyone was so welcoming and it truly felt like a real home. Mom even referred to it as her house many times. She told us one day that my grandmother had done all the decorating there and wasn’t it so beautiful? Mom thrived there and you all became her “family.” We know she also brought as much laughter to all of you as she did to us, all our lives. The laughter is what we will miss the most. Thank each and every one of the Team Arnold House!

Dear AnnMarie and Jil:

As I have expressed to both of you and on behalf of my family, thank you for all that you did to make my grandmother’s final months dignified, peaceful and pain free. She was an extraordinary woman and I was lucky to have her as my Nana. We will forever remember the kindness, support, and extraordinarily level of care your team provided to Callie in her time at Arnold House.

Enclosed please find a small token of our appreciation and gratitude. We ask that you use it to do something nice for the staff in Callie’s memory. If ever you need a reference, testimonial or recommendation, please do not hesitate to call me.

Jil and the wonderful staff at Arnold House!

Thank you all so much for your loving care towards Al for the past 2 years. I know at time he was a handful. I also greatly appreciate the handoffs, advice and suggestions provided to the staff at his new facility. They are still struggling at night and trying to wake him in the morning. Debbi, I have re-instated the 10:30 AM weekly phone call! Hopefully dad will settle in and we can start comparing local weather.

Jil,

I just want to thank you and your staff for helping my dad make the honor flight possible. My dad said his life is full filled now after experiencing all the attention and respect given to the veterans by all of the caring people. It was a day that my dad, nor I will never forget.

The great service that you and your staff provided for my dad and myself will also never be forgotten. You made my meeting and stay with my dad very comfortable. All of the things that were done by The Arnold House were greatly appreciated. Your professional service is outstanding. Can’t thank you enough!

I appreciate all that you do managing her health issues, making her meals, assisting her with personal care, helping her move safety between rooms, providing activities and entertainment. Dear Jil,

This letter is to thank you for the love and affection your staff showed for my brother in the twilight of his life. Your care givers, chefs, and maintenance personnel are outstanding and the word “FAMILY” really dose Arnold House justice. Please share this letter with your employees which I neglect to name for fear that I will omit someone.

I will drop in occasionally to say “HELLO” (coffee plus) to you and the loving staff you employ. You can take to the bank, the fact that I treasure fond memories of mamy visits to Arnold House.

Dear Jil and Staff,

Thank you so much for the care and compassion you showed to my father, John Murphy and to our family during his stay at Arnold House.  The many personal touches and attention to his every need constantly reminded us of how fortunate we were to have Dad in your care. Your dedicated staff was always there for him! It was a comfort to us all to know that he was in such good hands; we never had a worry about his comfort or security and were grateful to be able to have him so close by.

This is, without a doubt, one of the most caring nursing homes I have ever seen. My mother spent three years here. The care she received was impeccable and loving at the same time. It is very difficult to put a parent in a nursing home, but be assured this place gets a 10 star rating from us.

Dear friends,

I’m writing on behalf of my entire family to express our heartfelt thanks and deep gratitude to the Arnold House staff for the excellent care of my husband, Richard, received during his stay. Every single time we visited him he seemed happy and well cared for. You made him as physically comfortable as possible while also keeping him mentally engaged with the people around him through your fun group activities (especially the musical ones) and friendly small talk. As his dementia progressed and caused new challenges for everyone, you collectively rose to each occasion with compassion and grace. All of Richard’s relatives who visited him during his stay enjoyed talking to the staff as well, and were always made to feel at home.

You provided a second home for Richard during his final days, and gave us peace of mind during a very tough time. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
